Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation for audits
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
• Support payroll processing and related reporting tasks as needed
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in internal audits and support external audit requirements
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
