Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. Manila, Philippines seeks an Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense Processor to maintain on-time payment processing in line with company schedules. The role handles accurate invoice posting for PO and Non-PO, and T&E verification.

You will manage the AP subsidiary ledger, analyze aging reports, and ensure compliant controls while working with SAP/S4HANA and Concur. Requires 3+ years in AP in multinational manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and English

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-time payment processing according to company schedules.
• Post invoices accurately: PO, Non-PO, and Travel & Expense verification.
• Manage AP subsidiary ledger and AP aging reports.
• Process payments per cycle with quick issue resolution.
• Conduct consignment checks and settlement; report analysis (GRIR, AP reports).

Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.

We are presently seeking for an Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense Processor who shall be responsible for maintaining on-time Payment processes in accordance with the Company Schedules.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage AP subsidiary ledger.
• Responsible in maintaining on-time payment processing in accordance with the Company Schedules
• Accurate and timely invoice posting: Purchase Order (PO), Non-PO, and Travel & Expense verification and posting.
• On-time Payments processing per payment cycle
• Quick turnaround of issues resolution
• Check the consignment report and perform consignment settlement
• Report analysis: AP Aging, block report, GRIR and other AP re-ports

Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting degree/Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience with Accounts Payable in sizable multinational manufacturing companies.
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Process
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Works independently with minimum supervision
• Discreet with confidential data in the course of work
• Familiar and conversant with internal control processes and corporate governance
• Knowledgeable with ERP and tools such as SAP/ S4HANA, Concur and others
• Communicates well in English
• Organized, resourceful, problem solver, collaborative, with sense of urgency, flexible, discreet on sensitive and confidential information.
• Candidate is amenable to be assigned to either APAC, EMEA, or NA shifts as needed.
• The role requires flexibility as work arrangements will vary. APAC-full week onsite, EMEA and NA – WFH
