Ubiquity is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to lead full AP cycles, ensure accurate and timely vendor invoicing, and maintain strong vendor relationships. The role focuses on designing efficient AP workflows, dual-approval controls, and proactive problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, prepare payments, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end close while driving process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience designing and implementing AP processes.
• Experience with vendor onboarding and tax documentation (W-9s).
• Familiarity with procure-to-pay and three-way matching.

Aufgaben

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Design and maintain end-to-end AP process with dual-approval controls.
• Manage vendor onboarding documentation (W-9s, banking, tax data).
• Prepare and execute weekly/ad hoc payment runs (ACH, wire, check, virtual card).
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle 1099 reporting process and year-end filings.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and manage payment discrepancies.
• Maintain organized audit-ready AP records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close (accruals, analysis).
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP and strengthen controls.
• Support internal/external audit requests related to AP.
