Job summary

Puma Energy, a global energy company with a Global Delivery Center in Mumbai, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional. You will manage supplier payments, ensure accurate documentation, and reconcile supplier accounts within group DOA and processes.

The role reports to the Mumbai Accounts Manager and partners with Treasury and cash teams. Ideal candidates have degree-level accounting education, strong numeracy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus proficiency in

Responsibilities

• Account Payable Management
• Ensure all payments are processed in the system according to the DOA of the group and according to processes done by the group
• Preparation of documentation to ensure Supplier payments are made
• Assess queries from Suppliers
• Supplier account reconciliations
• Administration of supplier documentation
• Posting off supplier/expenses accounting entries
• Follow-up on payment done by the group with Treasury / Financial Cash Analyst & Banks
• Ensure allocation of payment and payment clearance is done in the system
