Emapta Philippines is hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage homeowner assessments, reconciliations, billing, and receivables for U.S. community management operations. This role offers night shift with weekends off and an onsite setup in Cebu and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and record monthly condominium dues and homeowner assessments accurately and on time.
• Resolve outstanding homeowner balances and collect additional income streams.
• Maintain billing systems for assigned associations.
• Generate invoices and account statements.
• Reconcile property owner accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable files and records.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigate and resolve account ledger discrepancies and inquiries.
• Provide training support to new team members.
• Support general financial management and analysis.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field


• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting


• CPA designation is an advantage but not required
