Job summary

Cybalink Solutions in Pasig City (Arcovia) is seeking an Accounts Administrator (AR) to support project billing, invoicing, reconciliations, timesheets, and receivables. You will ensure accurate billing and maintain customer and job records across internal and client systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or billing, with hands-on invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking; experience with ERP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years in Accounts Receivable or billing roles.
Experience with ERP/finance systems (IFS, Track, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

Process project transactions and allocate costs and revenues to the correct job and project codes.
Prepare and monitor timesheets, invoices, billing schedules, and payment records.
Perform reconciliations and monitor project costs, revenue, retention, and unbilled transactions.
Coordinate invoicing through SAP Ariba and other client platforms and support month-end activities.
Maintain accurate customer, project, and job records and respond to billing and receivables queries.
