Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Software Support, or Accounting Support via call, chat or email
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work Night Shift (9PM - 6AM) PH Time

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing complex issues.
• Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist clients with inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with latest features and best practices of Costpoint.
• Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions.
