Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably a CPA, although non-CPA candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and timely recording of transactions.
• Supervise accounting and credit and collection teams; review AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Management to enforce financial controls and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
