Job summary

You will supervise daily operations, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, monitor cash flow, process month-end adjustments, manage online banking access, and oversee lease and store-related accounting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years accounting experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting team operations with coaching.
• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor the company’s cash position and cash flow activities on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely processing and recording of month-end adjustments, including journal entries.
• Administer and maintain online banking access, including user setup and internal control compliance.
• Review and validate RFPs, disbursement vouchers, accounting entries, and cheque details.
• Coordinate accounting concerns related to lease agreements and company-operated stores or branches.
