Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor with at least 3 years of accounting experience to oversee daily accounting activities in Caloocan City. The role requires leadership of a small team and strong Excel/accounting software skills.

Location: Caloocan City; Salary: ₱20,000–₱25,000 monthly. CPA is preferred, but non-CPA candidates with relevant experience may be considered. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred; non-CPA considered with strong relevant experience.
• 3–5 years accounting experience with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Experience with inventory accounting and physical inventory reconciliation preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting Operations: supervise daily accounting activities and ensure transactions are documented.
• Review journal entries, schedules, and records for accuracy.
• Monitor correct classification of income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
