Job summary

San Lucas Medical is seeking an experienced accountant to join our finance team in Cebu. The role requires at least 3–5 years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity, with a strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and capable of clear communication with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
