Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA license preferred or required for some roles.
• At least 4–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff and junior accountants.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Review financial data and identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Assist in implementing accounting systems, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting and financial matters.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure quality service delivery.
