NL Provider and Business Support Services in Cebu is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead the finance team onsite. You will oversee accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with BIR and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership abilities to drive accurate daily tasks and timely month-end close in a dynamic telecommunications-support environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with small team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and BIR compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
• Handle general accounting functions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with BIR and other government reporting requirements.
• Lead, guide, and support the Accounting Team to ensure timely daily tasks.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
