Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory-level accounting role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and tax compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with Xero Accounting Software is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• CPA is not required; CPA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare financial statements and regular accounting reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and monitor tax filings and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting concerns.
• Assist management with financial reports and accounting-related requirements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
