The Supervisor leads a team of Associates in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting, taxation, payroll, and reporting services while ensuring operational excellence in day-to-day activities.

Supervise and guide Associates in bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll processing, statutory filings, and other related client services.
Review and validate Associates' outputs before the Manager's final review and approval, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and ANP standards.
Ensure timely filing, payment, and submission of all statutory obligations (BIR, LGU, SEC, PEZA, SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
Plan, coordinate, and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
Align team processes with client requirements, company policies, and regulations.
Maintain direct and professional communication with clients, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to inquiries, issues, and requests, while recommending proper resolutions as needed.
Keep the team updated with relevant accounting, taxation, compliance regulations, and emerging digital/AI technologies issued by government agencies and industry bodies.
Evaluate Associates' performance, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate training and development programs.
Promote accountability and openness for improvement within the team.
Apply project management principles to ensure efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of group deliverables.
Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Manager and/or Management.
CPA, or BS Accountancy graduate
Experience in internal accounting like the three applicants have, is fine; however, experience in an accounting firm or client-based accounting work is highly appreciated.
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or audit, including at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine taxation, statutory reporting, and compliance (BIR, LGU, SEC, PEZA, SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to multitask effectively.
Experience in project management and team coordination.
