Trans-Phil Real Estate Development Corporation is seeking a full-time, onsite Finance/Accounting professional in Mandaluyong City. The role focuses on checks approval, daily disbursements, and maintaining cash flow reports as part of a team responsible for billing, collections, and tax compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA license and have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills to support Bank coordination and internal reporting.
