Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Provide management with relevant accounting information and analysis as required.
• Review cash disbursements, cash advances, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Monitor supplier invoices, payments, collections, and customer accounts.
• Review entries, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns, schedules, and government reports.
• Monitor compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Review accounting records related to inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, and other assets.
