Job summary

Tri-Unity Talent Sourcing & HR Management Services is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The role supports preparation of financial reports and requires strong knowledge of accounting principles.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3–5 years of relevant experience (supervisory preferred), and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Onsite work in Biñan, Laguna is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience in manual accounting and bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Biñan, Laguna.
