Job Description

The Accounting Team Lead is responsible for the overall review of the company’s financial transactions and ensuring familiarity with financial reports. This role ensures that all accounting transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures, applicable accounting standards, and tax laws. The Accounting Team Lead also oversees the accounting team, supports management in financial decision-making, and ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger balances.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant regulations.
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
