About the role

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Provide support and guidance to the accounting team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) has an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the accounting field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
