Job summary

FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the accounting operations of our restaurant business. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, accurate financial reporting, and providing management with financial insights.

The candidate should have 3-5 years in accounting (supervisory preferred), a degree in accounting or related field, and strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, and government compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or related course.
• 3–5 years accounting experience, supervisory preferred.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficient with bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities
• Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Ensure timely processing and filing of tax requirements and government compliance

Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

• Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules, and management reports

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities

• Handle bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance

• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis

• Ensure timely processing and filing of tax requirements and government compliance

• Coordinate with external auditors, government agencies, and other stakeholders

• Review accounting documents and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:
