Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to handle the company’s overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, oversee payroll and tax processes, and ensure compliance with government requirements. This position is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department


• Manage and process payroll, compensation, and benefits


• Handle taxation, BIR filing, and 2307 preparation


• Ensure timely remittance of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)


• Review and maintain accurate financial records and reports


• Prepare and analyze financial statements and balance sheets


• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies


• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies when needed
