• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding financial reporting requirements and accounting concerns.
• Support external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members.

About the Role

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients.

• Coordinate with clients regarding financial reporting requirements and accounting concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or public accounting environment is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
