Scrubbed in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle everything from transaction level to financial statements using cloud tools. You will manage AP, AR, inventory analysis, and monthly payroll while performing month-end close and producing monthly financial reports.

Requirements include 1–2 years’ accounting experience, a Bachelor’s/Accountancy degree (CPA preferred), and familiarity with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in accounting (preferably in BPO).
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable daily.
• Conduct inventory analysis and monthly payroll processing.
• Prepare month-end journals, closing adjustments and financial reports.
• Perform bank and GL reconciliations and support client calls.
• Draft process documentation and guide entry-level staff.

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to be involved in all aspects of accounting, working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companies
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is preferred
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
• Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasks
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills
• Strong analytical skills
