Job summary

Bright Range Operations Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in the Philippines.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations, assist with tax documentation, and support daily accounting operations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in accountancy or related field; fresh graduates are welcome and relevant experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and maintain accurate accounting books.
• Reconcile records against invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Prepare and organize documents and schedules for financial reporting.
• Verify tax documents and BIR forms before submission to External Accountant.
• Maintain copies of filed BIR returns and regulatory documents.
• Monitor branches to ensure timely submission of invoicing and accounting docs.
• Review invoices, receipts, and source documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling accounts.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as needed by Management.
