Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional processing to financial statement preparation, leveraging modern cloud-based tools. The role involves AP/AR, inventory analysis, payroll, month-end close, and reporting, with opportunities to participate in client calls and create process documentation.

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in BPO.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
• Able to work under pressure and refocus for urgent tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to be involved in all aspects of accounting, working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology.

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years' experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companies
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is preferred
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
• Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasks
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills
• Strong analytical skills
