Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional to financial statements, leveraging cloud computing tools.

Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, inventory analysis, monthly payroll, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting client calls. The role requires 1–2 years in the field, a finance/accountancy degree, and strong English communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in the same field, preferably with BPO companies.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA License is preferred.
• Exposure to accounting systems and related applications (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite).
• Ability to work under pressure and refocus to urgent tasks.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written in English).
• Strong analytical skills.

• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companies
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is preferred
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)
• Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasks
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills
• Strong analytical skills
