Andoks Litson Corporation is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents


• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions


• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness


• Assist in the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions


• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial information


• Contribute to the implementation of accounting policies and procedures


• Perform other administrative and support duties as required


• FRESH GRADUATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data


• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Familiarity with accounting principles and regulations
