Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is hiring for a payroll support role in Makati, Philippines. The ideal candidate is a BS Accountancy graduate or related course with fresh graduates welcome, or 1–2 years of payroll exposure, preferably with internship experience.

We value attention to detail, organizational ability, confidentiality, and strong communication. The candidate should work well independently and as part of a team, with ASAP availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any related course.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in payroll (internship experience are considered).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
• Must have a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle confidential financial and employee information.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
• ASAP joiners are preferred.
• Female is preferred but not required.
