A boutique hotel is seeking an Accounting Staff responsible for general accounting support and internal controls. Main tasks include recording journal entries, performing account reconciliations, preparing monthly reports, aiding audits, and assisting with tax reports. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Accounting Software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record journal entries in accounting software.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Generate and prepare monthly reports for Management Reporting.
• Provide support for internal and external financial audits.
• Assist in preparing BIR related reports (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax).
• Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

TheAccounting Staffis responsible for providing general accounting and internal control support, including preparation and posting of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet accounts, completion of the month-end closing transactions/procedures, and ensuring that the general ledger account balances and trial balances are appropriately reconciled.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Record journal entries in accounting software for the assigned entities.
• Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve the reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Generate and prepare monthly reports for Management Reporting and Analysis.
• Provide support for internal and external financial audits.
• Assist in preparing BIR related reports (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax)
• Other accounting and administrative duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting Graduate or any related courses. Fresh graduate may apply.
• With experience in using Accounting Software is a plus factor.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
• Can do multi-tasking and willing to be trained.
