Top Realty Corporation is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support financial reporting and corporate compliance. The role covers GL activity, month-end closing, tax returns, and government filings, working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Accounting/Finance and hands-on experience with month-end processes, BIR/SEC compliance, and accounting software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations, especially BIR.
Experience in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
Familiarity with BIR, SEC, business permits and government reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

Prepare general ledger accounts and review journal vouchers.
Prepare monthly subsidiary schedules and reconcile balances with the accounting system.
Prepare monthly financial statements and expense analysis.
Record, analyze, and monitor company expenses.
Prepare month-end closing entries, including bank reconciliation, depreciation, prepayments, and accruals by the 10th of the following month.
Monitor fixed assets and employee incentives.
Handle and supervise end-to-end accounting activities during month-end closing.
Prepare annual and quarterly Income Tax Returns and related schedules.
Assist in maintaining the books of accounts and supporting documents for BIR/SEC.
Prepare schedules and documents for corporate reporting requirements.
