Job summary

GoTyme Bank is seeking an Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization. You will handle core accounting functions, financial reporting processes, and management analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include accounts payable collaboration, month-end and quarter-end close, maintaining ledgers and tax filings with BIR, LGU, and SEC, and assisting with audits. A CPA is preferred and Big 4 experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting within a corporate environment.
• CPA preferred; Big 4 experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and standards.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledgers, journals, and bank transaction records with accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end procedures and audits.
• Collaborate with accounts payable and finance teams to ensure timely transactions.
• Prepare, calculate, file, and remit national and local taxes including returns to BIR/LGU/SEC.
