Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati is seeking a CPA with 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, to manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and reconciliations. The role is full-time and onsite, following a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule.

The successful candidate will analyze monthly reports, oversee product costing and gross profit analysis, and coordinate with treasury for audits and ad hoc requirements. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience, FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports, product costing, gross profit analysis, and trial balance.
• Handle tax compliance requirements including preparation of tax returns, audit schedules, and BIR reconciliations.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Maintain and monitor pricing systems, discount structures, and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with treasury and other internal/external stakeholders while supporting reporting, audits, and ad hoc requirements.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within FMCG or fast-paced consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and financial reporting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
