Job Summary:

The Accounting Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day client operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing. The role also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and assists in preparing financial reports, audits, and other accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day client operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance and reportorial requirements for SEC, Business Permits, Mayor’s Permit, and other regulatory bodies
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as cost summaries/analysis, budgets/forecasts, and financial statements
• Prepare, monitor, and file all reportorial requirements for BIR on monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes/clearances
• Assist in preparing documents and reports needed during statutory and other compliance audits
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
