Responsibilities
- Review financial data and transactions into the ledger
- Review financial documents for accuracy and reconciliation
- Analyze financial data and provide financial recommendations
- Ensure financial records comply with regulatory standards
- Generate financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
- Prepare taxes and gather tax documents
- Coordinate and work with auditors (Internal Auditors, BIR Tac audits, and statutory audits)
- Coordinate and work with GBS
- Review treasury forecast
- Communicate and coordinate with banks (implementation of board resolution, bank mandate for signatories)
- Direct assigned tasks and provide assistance as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Above average verbal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective problem‑solving skills to identify and correct financial discrepancies
- Thorough understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
