Job description
Coordinate accounting functions and programs.
Assist in preparing financial analyses and reports.
Support revenue projections and forecast expenditures.
Help prepare and monitor budgets.
Maintain and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Assist with preparations for the annual audit.
Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
Review BIR payments and tax returns before payment.
Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
Ensure accurate and detailed salary records based on data from the Timekeeping Department.
Deduct all necessary amounts, including income tax, government-mandated contributions, and deductions for lateness, absences, and loans.
Ensure that all billing is conducted timely and that all revenues are accurately recorded in the financial records.
Ensure that paychecks are issued on time and in the correct amounts each pay period.
Other tasks that the Accounting and Finance Manager may assign.
Graduate with a Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
