Job summary

Versa Innovations Corp., a leading Philippine developer and provider of two-way radio communication systems, is seeking an organized Accountant to handle daily accounting operations. You will manage payables, receivables, reconciliations, and ERP-based reporting to support tax and audit requirements.

The role emphasizes accurate records, timely financial reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners (banks, BIR, suppliers) to maintain compliance and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the accounting cycle and journal entries.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts payable and receivable operations.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Process payments and post journals in ERP.
• Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (BIR, banks, suppliers).
• Assist in petty cash and cash advance liquidations.
