Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the Finance and Accounting team.
• Willing to work onsite at ONELIFE Studio Headquarters in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and review sales, expense, and other accounting-related reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare expense vouchers, payment requests, checks, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and updated books of accounts.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, payables, and other financial balances.
• Review transactions and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
• Prepare and organize tax-related documents, including BIR Form 2307 and other required reports.
• Assist in ensuring that accounting records and supporting documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized and complete documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Prepare financial and accounting reports as assigned.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents and records.
• Coordinate with other departments and studio teams regarding accounting-related concerns and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of financial information.
