Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounting Officer to oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records. You will review staff work, manage reconciliations, and support financial reporting.

You will contribute to tax compliance, internal controls, and process improvements, while mentoring Accounting Associates and Senior Accounting Associates in a hybrid onsite setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
• Review entries prepared by staff and ensure proper general ledger processing.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing.
• Support audit activities and implement audit recommendations.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure tax compliance.
