Job summary

The Vision Group Food Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee accounting for all F&B outlets and the Commissary in the Philippines. You will ensure accuracy in daily reconciliation, cost monitoring, and timely financial reporting.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and internal controls, while coordinating with Operations, Purchasing, and Outlet teams, and lead the Accounting and Finance Team to optimize profitability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for all F&B outlets and the Commissary.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, and POS reports.
• Monitor food, beverage, production, packaging, and operating costs.
• Monitor Commissary inventory, production, wastage, and stock variances.
• Monitor raw material and finished product transfers between the Commissary and outlets.
• Prepare financial statements, cost reports, and profitability reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and supplier payments.
• Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, petty cash, and company funds.
• Ensure timely BIR, tax, and government compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and proper financial documentation.
• Review budgets, expenses, purchasing costs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise and evaluate the Accounting and Finance Team.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Commissary, and Outlet Teams.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
