• -Supervision of Accounting Associates tasks
• -Government Reporting
• -Financial Reporting
• -Billing and Payroll
• -Crew Support
• -Records and Audit

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• -Provided orientation to crew members on allotment procedures, SSS, and PhilHealth benefits.
• -Checked accuracy of wage statements, deductions, shipboard pay, standby pay, and leave pay.
• -Attended to crew and allottees' inquiries regarding allotments and payroll.
• -Verified requests for opening bank accounts for home allotments.
• -Verified correctness of accounting entries in check vouchers.
• -Ensured timely submission of government reports (BIR withholding tax, VAT, income tax returns), and correct remittance of SSS and PhilHealth contributions.
