Job Description

• Check Employee Cash Advance and Cash Voucher Reimbursements & Liquidations before payment.
• Record transaction entries for Headquarters (HQ) and its subsidiary companies by use of an accounting system.
• Ensure completeness of the vouchers and its relevant supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly GHQ Financial Statement and Operating Expense Analysis.
• Prepare Asset Reconciliation such as Cash and Banks.
• Review and control the balance of account.
• Liaise and coordinate with requestors / applicants and Tax Department for transactions involving tax.
• Other requests assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's / College Degree or above, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the accounting field.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• ERP accounting system experience is a plus.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
