Qualifications

• CPA credential required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 2 years in Accounting Manager role.
• At least 4 years as Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Total 5–8 years accounting with people management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee accounting operations and financial reporting process.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, financial reporting standards, and government regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Lead tax planning initiatives and ensure timely compliance with tax requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate financial audits.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers for accounting-related projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting team while promoting operational excellence.
