Job summary

Tigerux Agile Innovation in Kasambagan, Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will oversee month-end closes, develop tax strategies, and provide financial insights to support business goals.

The role requires CPA, 5–8 years of accounting experience including people management, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. On-site work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 4 years as a Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including people management.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting operations, strategies, and processes, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Develop and execute tax planning strategies to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Review current accounting processes and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure timely preparation of accounting records and month-end closing activities.
• Provide management with financial insights to support short- and long-term goals.
• Review and analyze monthly financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement accounting policies and controls.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for finance initiatives.
• Handle other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.
