Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for a healthcare organization in Calabarzon. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely information.

The role requires CPA, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare accounting, and hands-on use of BizBox Hospital Information System.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and relevant healthcare accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in accounting.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare accounting.
• Hands-on experience with BizBox Hospital Information System.
• Strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of internal controls.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Calabarzon and extend hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall accounting operations, including general accounting, billing, cashiering, and related functions.
• Lead, supervise, and provide direction to Accounting Supervisors and accounting staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor accounting processes, controls, reconciliations, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Review transactions and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee billing and cashiering operations, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation of collections.
• Utilize and oversee accounting-related processes within the BizBox Hospital Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance and other departments on financial and accounting matters.
• Support management in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and other finance-related requirements.
• Ensure the accounting team maintains proper documentation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Relevant experience in the hospital, healthcare, medical center, diagnostic center, or healthcare group industry.
• Hands‑on experience with BizBox Hospital Information System is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced or strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, adaptable, and committed to meeting business requirements.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Calabarzon and extend working hours when necessary.
