Optimum Enforcement Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an Accounting Lead to drive digital transformation and ERP rollout, guiding a capable team to standardize financial processes across multiple branches in Metro Manila.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and tax/compliance responsibilities while mentoring staff and promoting a culture of accuracy, learning, and process improvement in a tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is a strong advantage but not required.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Growth-hungry with eagerness for accelerated responsibility.
• Familiarity with accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and controls.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate, timely financial reports.
• Values continuous learning, collaboration, and systems thinking.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, with regular reporting to management.
• Help monitor cash flow and petty cash operations.
• Monitor compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
• Support ERP rollout by aligning workflows across branches.
• Standardize accounting practices and documentation company-wide.
• Develop and implement accounting policies across locations.
• Supervise accounting personnel and mentor the team.
• Provide updates to management on progress and priorities.
