Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati seeks an Accounting Manager (Strategic Finance Lead) to oversee accounting and reporting for three business units. You will partner with General Managers, mentor an 18-person team, and drive ERP improvements while ensuring compliance and strong controls.

The role requires a CPA with 8–12 years in accounting, including at least 5 years in leadership, preferably with Travel, Aviation, or Hospitality exposure.

Qualifications

• Industry Savvy: Direct experience in the Travel, Aviation, or Hospitality industry is highly preferred (understanding IATA, BSP, or complex commissions is a plus).
• Technical Mastery: Broad, expert-level knowledge of Philippine tax laws (BIR), SEC requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Leadership Style: Proven ability to manage large teams (10+ members) and manage diverse stakeholders at the executive level.
