OO & Associates is seeking an Accounting Head to oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions in a dynamic environment. You will manage the general ledger, tax filings, and audit coordination while leading and developing the accounting team.

The Accounting Head is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall accounting and financial reporting functions. The role ensures accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws, effective financial controls, and proper management of the accounting team.
Oversee all day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and other accounting functions.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, invoices, payments, and other accounting documents.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Oversee the preparation and timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documents and schedules.
Supervise, train, and develop accounting staff.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
Monitor cash balances, receivables, payables, and other working-capital activities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Professional accounting certification/license is an advantage.
