Job summary

Foxcon Total Solutions Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage core accounting tasks in our Philippine office. The role supports the Finance & Accounting team by recording transactions, processing invoices, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

You will monitor payables and receivables, assist in bank reconciliations, and maintain confidential records. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
• Monitor expenses, reimbursements, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized and confidential accounting files and records.
• Coordinate with other departments, clients, suppliers, and external parties regarding accounting concerns.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
