Job summary

JPMorganChase, a global financial leader, seeks an Accounting & Finance Analyst in Chase Travel to ensure transactional data accuracy across sources and systems. You will support close cycles, perform reconciliations, and help drive improvements within a controlled framework.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology to deliver timely reporting and audit-ready documentation while maintaining high data quality and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years as an accounting, financial operations, reporting, or reconciliation professional.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for large datasets.
• Ability to solve problems with defined procedures and escalation when needed.
• High attention to data quality, integrity and documentation.
• Strong organization and deadline management, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support data integration checks for transactional feeds into back-office systems.
• Conduct recurring reporting, validate totals, and document definitions.
• Assist with transaction break investigations and follow-ups to closure.
• Support month-end and year-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Tech, Operations, and Finance to gather inputs.
• Assist testing for system or product changes by executing tests and tracking defects.
• Maintain desk procedures and controls evidence for audit readiness.
• Suggest process improvements to templates and reporting routines.
